What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer various shipping options. In somecases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will beresponsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless otherwise requested. Orders will be shipped from Phoenix, AZ. Shipping charges are based on the estimated weight of your order and shipping location. You are able to approve and select your shipping speed during your checkout process. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by Amazon or Cyanture Networking & Consulting Inc. The shipping labels are printed as you have entered at checkout so please check to make sure it is a valid address.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which wehave no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible fora ny such additional costs or taxes.


Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders are shipped in the order received and within 24-48hrs. We always do our best to get orders out the same day or next day from when the order is placed. Please be aware that as we get closer to the holidays (especially Christmas), those times will increase due to the volume of orders we receive.
 

What happens if my orders is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
