Dr. Luster is the CEO & Founder of Movement Interactive Inc. and is a highly-respected innovator in the fields of technology, portfolio entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Eric joined the United States Army in 1999 and served until 2005. As operations supervisor Eric deployed a Tactical Signal Company with 42 personnel and over $39 million dollars of equipment to Djibouti, Africa and Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Iraqi Freedom from August 2002 to May 2003. He managed the day-to-day operations of the unit while on deployment and all Nuclear Biological and Chemical (NBC) issues. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his technical expertise and performance in a high tempo environment.
After returning to the U.S. he served in the 40th Signal Battalion at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. Eric supervised and managed four technical sections of 34 employees and the telecommunication systems, data and voice switching networks. Eric had maintenance accountability of two AN/TRC-170 TROPO Radio Systems, one AN/TSC-93 system, Data Package, 12 Vehicles, and all associated equipment valued in excess of $20 million dollars. Eric quickly excelled making Staff Sergeant in less than 4 years. Eric was inducted into the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club for his demonstrated leadership, professionalism, military expertise and ability to exhibit excellence on a daily basis.

As the current President & Chairman of the Board of Directors at Waymark Gardens senior living community, Eric spearheads the renovation and development of a smart facility designed to improve the safety, communication and experience of valued residents. He also sits on the Community Advisory Board for the Center of Innovation in Healthy and Resilient Aging (CIHRA) at Arizona State University, which focuses on advancing technologies that combat disease and provides innovative and technology driven solutions for seniors.
